The Western Division and Washington-British Columbia Chapters of the American Fisheries Society are pleased to announce our upcoming 2020 Annual General Meeting to be held at the Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel in Vancouver, BC, Canada on April 12-16. This conference will be a gathering of scientists, researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss the boundaries and intersections that hinder our understanding and management of fisheries and aquatic systems.
We invite you to participate in this event through financial contributions and conference exhibiting opportunities. As a Sponsor, your company logo will be featured in our program, on meeting signage and on our website. As a Trade Show participant, you will have the opportunity to engage with up to 400 conference delegates.
The Chapter is sustained by sponsorships received from agencies, industries, and other groups. Your sponsorship money directly supports student travel, discounted student registration, student and professional awards, and allows the Chapter to host scientific meetings. Our organization is certified non-profit; thus, all of your contributions are tax-deductible.
The conference is publicized on academic, professional and institutional list serves, social and professional networking sites, and of course through this website.

We are also accepting contributions to our silent auction. Items such as t-shirts, books, fieldwork supplies, art, and jewelry will be on display during the meeting. All of the proceeds of the silent auction go directly to student conference travel. All donations can be made to the address found on our ‘Donate’ page.

Trade Show Rates

*A vendor is defined as one who is selling a product or service. Artists and artisans have art or crafts for sale on site and an exhibitor is defined as one who is providing information about their organization, company, or agency, with no sales.
**Conference registration is not included in the Artists/Artisans rate.
